Kennedy Center Apparently Scrubs Pages For Most Egregious Left-Wing Content After Trump Threatens Takeover

Donald Trump Campaigns For President In Georgia Ahead Of November Election

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts seems to have deleted left-wing content from their website as Donald Trump accelerates his takeover.

Trump purged the board of Washington’s premier arts organization and declared he would appoint himself as chairman as part of his hostile takeover. He denounced the woke agenda being pushed at the Kennedy Center and said he intended to ensure future performances are more aligned with his vision. It appears that promotional information and write-ups have been scrubbed off their website in a rushed attempt to eliminate the most egregious left-wing content.

Another piece of missing left-wing content is a rooftop terrace drag brunch highlighted Sept. 25 on Facebook. The presentation featured a “vibrant Dancing Queens Drag Brunch, a glittering celebration of disco hits featuring performances by some of D.C.’s most fabulous drag stars, including Capital Pride Honoree Tula and the Queen of Comedy Regina,” according to Restaurant Associates.

“Guests enjoyed bottomless mimosas, seafood, steak, charcuterie, and more, all while taking in the best brunch view in D.C,” the post added. This content is nowhere to be found on the organization’s website, where it was previously described at length.

Alison Leiby’s off-Broadway comedy show titled “Oh God, A Show About Abortion” was also listed on the Kennedy Center’s website, and is surprisingly still visible. The descriptor for the leftist presentation notes that Alison “walks through the stupid minutiae, the backwards practices, and the surprising perspective that comes with exercising your reproductive rights.” It shared more information about the personal experiences Leiby brought forward in her show.

Trump continues to make good on promises made publicly on Truth Social dating back to Feb. 7 after sharing his scathing review of how the facility’s programs were being run.

“At my direction, we are going to make the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., GREAT AGAIN,” the president wrote to his own platform.

“I have decided to immediately terminate multiple individuals from the Board of Trustees, including the Chairman, who do not share our Vision for a Golden Age in Arts and Culture. We will soon announce a new Board, with an amazing Chairman, DONALD J. TRUMP!” he added.

“Just last year, the Kennedy Center featured Drag Shows specifically targeting our youth — THIS WILL STOP. The Kennedy Center is an American Jewel, and must reflect the brightest STARS on its stage from all across our Nation. For the Kennedy Center, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!”
